Rector tasks
1. Organization of the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and personnel training;
2. To ensure the training of highly educated qualified personnel with high moral and ethical qualities, who are capable of independent thinking, who have mastered the methods of organizing work in market conditions;
3. Organization of training of highly qualified personnel based on international educational standards;
4. To ensure the fulfillment of the duties specified in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and the National Personnel Training Program at the university branch;
5. Determining the powers of all departments in the structural structure of the University branch, planning, coordinating, managing their activities, training suitable personnel for management positions of the University branch, selecting employees, recommending and hiring for leadership positions;
6. Material and moral encouragement of employees, provision of social protection, application of disciplinary measures;
7. Control over the formation of university branch revenues and their effective use;
8. Organization of scientific-research works, increasing their effectiveness and wide introduction of the results of research into practice, ensuring mutual integration of higher education, science and production;
9. To organize the creation, translation and publication of textbooks and educational-methodical literature in accordance with the requirements of the concept of creating a new generation of educational literature for the continuing education system;
